Principal's Newsletter September 2025
Dear Charter Oak Families,
Friday, September 26th marks the end of our first grading
period. It’s hard to believe we’ve been in school for almost two
months now. We are off to a great start! I hope your family has
begun to settle into the rhythm of the 2025–26 school year,
finding that important balance between school responsibilities,
activities, and time together at home.
As I shared at Back to School Night, our theme this year is
Rooted2Rise: Rooted, Growing, Rising. This theme reflects the journey
we’re on together. With the rich traditions, we are rooted as a community
to honor the legacy of those who came before us. We are growing in knowledge,
spirit, and connection as we work together to support every student’s journey. We are rising with strength, courage, and ambition as we prepare our students to learn to lead and to succeed in their future.
As we move further into the school year, I want to thank our families for your continued support. From our incredible PTSA to our dedicated staff and community members, it is your involvement that helps make our school such a special place. Whether you’re a returning Charger family or new to our community, we’re so glad you’re here. Thank you for entrusting us with your student’s high school journey. We are truly Rooted2Rise. This is just the beginning!
