Welcome to Charter Oak High School

Welcome to the 2026–27 school year!

I hope you and your family have enjoyed a restful, joyful, and well-deserved summer. As we begin a new year together, I am filled with excitement and optimism for the year ahead.

This past school year was truly EPIC. Our students excelled in academics, athletics, visual and performing arts, leadership, and service. We celebrated championship teams, award-winning performances, outstanding academic achievement, and countless moments that brought our community together.

As proud as we are of those accomplishments, we are not content to stand still. We believe our best days are still ahead. This year, we look forward to taking everything we accomplished and elevating it to the next level. At COHS, we remain committed to providing every student with opportunities to learn, lead, compete, create, and belong. Whether students are pursuing college, career, military service, or another pathway, our goal is to ensure they leave COHS prepared for success and equipped to make a positive impact on the world around them. Our strength comes from our roots. Those roots are our traditions, our families, our alumni, our staff, and our shared commitment to one another.

As we begin the 2026–27 school year, we will continue building a culture where students feel connected, challenged, supported, and inspired.

Here's to an outstanding 2026–27 school year as we continue to rise together!

Warmly,
Dr. Robin Perez
